Cherokee Tribal Waters

Some of our favorite places to fish are the Cherokee Tribal waters west of Asheville.  Sporting some 60 miles of “privately stocked” waters, the two miles of catch and release water on the Raven’s Fork holds truly massive fish year-round.  The “catch and keep” waters are stocked weekly and hold huge numbers of catchable-sized to massive-sized fish.  Both the Oconaluftee and Raven’s Fork hold strong numbers of wild fish in addition to the stocking that takes place.

Daily rates apply at the “distant” travel rate.  You’ll need a tribal fishing license.
